📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create content aligned with educational standards.
• Leverage learning analytics to measure engagement and performance, iterating on designs based on data.
• Ensure accessibility and compliance with WCAG guidelines for all digital learning materials.
• Train educators and learners on the use of our digital platforms and tools.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in e-learning.
• Manage and mentor junior designers to foster a culture of innovation.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field, with 5+ years of experience in learning experience design.
• Certification in learning experience design (e.g., ATD, ALIGN) is a plus.
• Proven experience with e-learning authoring tools like Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate.
• Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle or Blackboard.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
