Agronomist - Agrochemical Market Development

PT. Agro Natural Technology (Jawa Tengah) is seeking a dynamic Agronomist to drive the development and adoption of our innovative agrochemical solutions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct field trials and experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of agrochemical products.
• Analyze data and provide technical reports to support product development and marketing efforts.
• Provide technical support and training to farmers on the proper use and application of agrochemical products.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify market opportunities and develop strategies to promote our products.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the agrochemical industry.
• Participate in industry conferences and events to network with other professionals and stay informed about best practices.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, distributors, and industry partners.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the agrochemical industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in agronomy or a related field, with a focus on agrochemical applications.
• Strong understanding of agricultural practices and crop production.
• Proficiency in using agricultural software and tools such as GIS, crop simulation models, and data analysis software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with farmers, distributors, and industry partners.
• Familiarity with Indonesian agricultural practices and regulations.
• Ability to travel and work in various locations across Indonesia.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
