📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with KOLs and affiliate marketers
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Create and manage content calendars for KOLs and affiliate campaigns
• Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategic campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management
• Attend and participate in industry events and conferences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or affiliate marketing
• Proficient in using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress or Shopify is a plus
• Certification in digital marketing or related fields is a plus
