📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and employee development plans.
• Identify training needs by analyzing performance data, employee feedback, and industry trends.
• Design and deliver engaging and effective training sessions, both in-person and virtual.
• Utilize learning management systems (LMS) like SAP SuccessFactors to create and manage training content.
• Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs meet their specific needs.
• Measure the effectiveness of training initiatives through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends, technologies, and best practices in training and development.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Training and Development, with a strong focus on developing and delivering training programs.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs using SAP SuccessFactors or similar LMS.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in training and development (e.g., SHRM-CP, ATD Certified Professional) is a plus.
