• Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and control costs, including inventory, labor, and utilities, to ensure profitability.
• Conduct regular outlet audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Train and mentor crew members to enhance productivity and customer service standards.
• Manage and maintain outlet records, including sales, expenses, and performance metrics, using software like SAP or Oracle.
• Collaborate with regional managers to align operational strategies with overall business goals.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards for F&B outlets.
• Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve outlet performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the F&B or Retail industry.
• Proven track record of cost control and operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using operational management software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Certification in cost control or operational management is a plus.
