📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Process and reconcile bank statements, payroll, and other financial transactions.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial reports.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting standards and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a travel agency or similar industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
