📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the placement of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and other medical staff.
• Manage and document all claim submissions to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and insurance providers to streamline the placement and claim process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all placements and claims.
• Ensure that all placements and claims are processed in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide support and guidance to healthcare professionals to ensure a smooth and efficient placement process.
• Monitor and report on the performance of healthcare professionals and the overall placement process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare placement or a related field.
• Proficient in using healthcare management software such as EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems and claim management tools.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
