As a Front Desk Receptionist, you'll be the friendly face of our gym, handling everything from check-ins to customer service and administrative tasks. Our gym is located in the heart of Bali, offering a vibrant and dynamic environment where you can grow both personally and professionally.
In this role, you'll interact with a wide range of people daily, from seasoned athletes to first-time visitors. You'll use our in-house software, Gymdesk, to manage check-ins, memberships, and payments. You'll also assist with event registrations, manage our guest book, and ensure our gym is always welcoming and organized. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Welcome and assist members and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage check-ins and check-outs using Gymdesk software.
- Handle membership renewals, payments, and new member registrations.
- Assist with event registrations and manage our guest book.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
- Promote our gym's events, classes, and special offers to members and visitors.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- At least 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with basic administrative tasks and software like Gymdesk is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
