📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and values.
• Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding, using platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and implement action plans to improve workplace satisfaction.
• Collaborate with department heads to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
• Utilize HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy.
• Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing HR operations in a multi-cultural environment.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
