📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular compliance audits to ensure adherence to international standards.
• Maintain and update compliance documentation, including audit reports and compliance manuals.
• Review and approve manufacturing processes to ensure they meet regulatory requirements.
• Work with various departments to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Provide recommendations to management to improve compliance and reduce risks.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in international compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
• Train and mentor staff on compliance procedures and best practices.
• Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with international standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Compliance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Thorough understanding of international compliance standards, particularly ISO, IATF 16949, and other relevant certifications.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and environmental regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with compliance management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
