📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the Accounts Payable team, ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments.
• Leverage your expertise to streamline AP processes and implement best practices.
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Analyze and report on AP metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process optimization.
• Implement and maintain AP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar financial software.
• Lead process improvements and initiatives to enhance financial efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, with a strong background in process optimization.
• Proven leadership experience, with a track record of mentoring and developing team members.
• Certifications in Accounts Payable (e.g., CPA, CMA, or similar) are a plus.
• Proficiency in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and drive process improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, international environment is a plus.
