📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation,Write clear, concise, and accurate technical content in various formats such as manuals, guides, and tutorials,Review and edit technical documents to ensure they meet our quality standards,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide technical writing support to other teams as needed,Participate in product development processes and contribute to the improvement of our products,Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that our technical documentation is user-friendly and meets the needs of our customers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly to non-technical audiences,Excellent writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and conciseness,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Confluence,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while also collaborating effectively with team members,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
