ZERO TATTOO Bali is looking for a dedicated Studio Operations Staff to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about the tattoo industry and has a keen eye for detail. As a Receptionist & Artist Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from the moment they walk in.

This is a full-time position located in the vibrant Seminyak area of Bali. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong desire to learn and grow within the tattoo industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist clients from the moment they arrive at the studio,Provide information about our services, artists, and studio policies,Schedule appointments and manage the studio's booking system,Assist tattoo artists with pre and post-session tasks, such as sterilizing equipment, preparing the workspace, and ensuring a clean and safe environment,Handle client inquiries and address any concerns or issues that may arise,Maintain a clean and organized studio, including managing supplies and equipment,Support the studio manager with administrative tasks and general studio operations,Promote our studio and services through various marketing channels

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or receptionist role in a busy environment,Familiarity with the tattoo industry is a plus but not strictly required,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Friendly and approachable demeanor,Basic computer skills, including the ability to use booking and scheduling software,Willingness to learn and grow within the tattoo industry,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
