📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction and waterproofing systems projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage and supervise a team of workers, ensuring that they are trained, motivated, and working safely.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that materials and equipment are available when needed.
  • Inspect and test waterproofing systems to ensure that they are effective and meet industry standards.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports and other documentation to the company.
  • Ensure that all safety regulations and procedures are followed on the site.
  • Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure that all work meets the required standards.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and waterproofing systems.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Familiarity with construction and waterproofing systems software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
