📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the security operations and ensure the safety of employees, assets, and facilities.,Manage and coordinate with security personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Develop and implement security policies and procedures to prevent and mitigate security risks.,Ensure compliance with all security regulations and laws.,Manage the general affairs of the office, including facilities maintenance, procurement, and administrative support.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and other general affairs needs.,Handle visitor management and ensure smooth operations of the reception area.,Monitor and maintain security equipment and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management or a related field.,Proven experience in managing security personnel and operations.,Strong understanding of security regulations and laws.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Knowledge of general affairs management and office operations is a plus.
