📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
  • Manage inventory levels and implement effective stock control systems.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and customers to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Train and develop warehouse staff to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment to meet customer requirements.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of improving warehouse operations and efficiency.
  • Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for site visits and meetings.
