📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Conduct job analyses to identify the skills, knowledge, and abilities required for each position.,Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify qualified candidates for interviews.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
