Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Professional Chef/Cook in a fine dining or catering environment,Proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes and exceptional customer service,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment,Excellent communication and teamwork skills,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools,Valid food handler's certificate or equivalent,Familiarity with catering equipment and techniques
