📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits.
• Oversee order picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities.
• Collaborate with the distribution team to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Generate and maintain accurate reports on warehouse activities and inventory levels.
• Assist in the implementation of quality control measures to ensure product integrity.
• Provide support to the logistics manager in planning and executing warehouse strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics coordination.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP or Oracle.
• Experience with inventory management software like SAP MM or Oracle Inventory.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
