📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of assigned outlets, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor customer feedback and address any concerns or complaints promptly.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve overall business objectives.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the company's strategic plan.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail management or sales role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software.,Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
