PT Digital Cendrawasih is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Fleet Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our fleet of vehicles and ensuring their efficient and safe operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in fleet management to gain valuable industry knowledge and skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the company's fleet of vehicles,Monitor and maintain vehicle schedules, routes, and fuel consumption,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks,Manage and maintain driver records, including licenses, certifications, and performance evaluations,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies and procedures,Provide support to the fleet manager in achieving operational goals and objectives,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for vehicle maintenance and repairs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field,Minimum of 1 year of experience in fleet management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Valid driver's license and clean driving record,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations
