📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage procurement.
  • Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Train and develop staff to maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor sales and financial performance, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and feedback.
  • Ensure the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Proven track record of managing a team and driving sales.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and procurement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
