PT Damar Giri is seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility of working from home and in the office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and documents.,Process payroll and ensure timely payment of salaries and benefits.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial projections.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.,Maintain relationships with external auditors and tax authorities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
