📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the distribution process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock for distribution.,Maintain accurate records of distribution activities and customer orders.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance distribution efficiency.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the distribution department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.,Strong understanding of distribution processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with ERP or distribution management systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
