📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and placing orders.,Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials as needed.,Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities.,Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production schedules.,Assist in managing supplier relationships and negotiations.,Support the purchasing manager in developing and implementing procurement strategies.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the purchasing department.,Assist in the preparation of purchasing reports and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,1-3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
