📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head nurse in managing the nursing team and ensuring smooth operations in the department.,Perform nursing duties such as patient assessment, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs.,Document patient care activities accurately and maintain patient records.,Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.,Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.,Maintain a clean and organized nursing station.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).,Valid nursing license and certification from the relevant healthcare board.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with hospital information systems and electronic health records.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Good physical fitness and the ability to perform nursing duties with ease.
