In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical writing principles and a passion for clear, concise communication.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and clarify requirements,Edit and proofread technical documents to ensure accuracy and clarity,Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical writing,Conduct user research and usability testing to improve documentation,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Participate in cross-functional teams to support product development and marketing efforts,Assist in the creation of training materials and user guides

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment,Strong organizational and time management skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
