📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.,Check guests in and out, and ensure accurate documentation.,Provide information about the hotel, its amenities, and local attractions.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest services.,Assist with event planning and coordination.,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Professional and friendly demeanor.
