📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the day-to-day management of the dental clinic, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and coordinating with healthcare professionals.,Oversee the efficient use of resources, including equipment, supplies, and staff, to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.,Monitor and maintain clinic compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety protocols.,Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to ensure high-quality patient care.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain patients.,Collaborate with the clinic's management team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clinic operations and financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of dental clinic operations and procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office and dental management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff and patients.,Familiarity with relevant healthcare regulations and standards is a plus.
