Puskesmas Kirana Health Center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement processes, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services for the facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, excellent negotiation skills, and a commitment to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the procurement department.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.,Monitor and analyze procurement activities to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Prepare and submit purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement-related documents.,Ensure that all procurement activities are in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that procurement activities support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and audits to ensure quality and reliability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, laws, and regulations.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement practices and procedures.
