📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform histopathology tests including tissue processing, embedding, sectioning, staining, and microscopy.,Interpret and report histopathology results to clinicians and other healthcare providers.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and standards.,Train and mentor junior staff in histopathology techniques and procedures.,Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.,Collaborate with other laboratory staff and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date laboratory records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in histopathology.,Certification from a recognized histopathology board (e.g., ASCP, CAP, or equivalent).,Strong knowledge of histopathology techniques and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
