📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of BMS projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.,Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project success.,Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.,Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.,Lead and mentor junior project managers and team members.,Provide technical support and guidance to the project team.,Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in BMS project management, with a strong background in building automation and control systems.,Proven track record of successfully managing BMS projects from initiation to completion.,Familiarity with BMS software and hardware, including but not limited to Honeywell, Johnson Controls, and Siemens.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
