📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Manage and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer service standards.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the store and attract customers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and adhere to budgetary guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular staff training and development programs.
  • Assess and address customer complaints to maintain a positive shopping experience.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer software for inventory and sales tracking.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior.
