📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their purchases.,Managing the sales floor and ensuring a well-organized and attractive display of products.,Processing transactions accurately and efficiently.,Promoting products and services to increase sales.,Maintaining a clean and organized work area.,Assisting with inventory management and restocking.,Collaborating with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Providing feedback to the team on customer interactions and sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.,Willingness to work in a hybrid model (2 days in office, 3 days remote).
