📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the company's growth and profitability.,Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to foster a positive work environment.,Monitor financial performance and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Represent the company in meetings, events, and other professional engagements.,Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation to enhance the company's services and offerings.,Ensure the company's health and safety standards are met and maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and reporting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.,Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex problems.,Familiarity with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
