Royal Store Pratama is seeking a dedicated Deputy Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of our financial records. If you are detail-oriented and have a passion for numbers, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.,Process and record daily transactions accurately.,Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.,Support the bookkeeping team in reconciling accounts and ensuring accuracy.,Assist in the preparation of bank reconciliations.,Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in training and development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related role.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and accounting standards is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
