📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement content strategies for TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
• Create engaging posts, including graphics, videos, and copy, using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Schedule and publish posts at optimal times to maximize engagement.
• Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages, and monitoring brand mentions.
• Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to refine our strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
• Assist in the development of our social media content calendar.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in social media marketing or a related role.
• Proven experience with content creation and social media management.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
• Strong creative thinking and copywriting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
