📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.,Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive dining experience.,Manage the cash drawer and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Assist in inventory management by updating stock levels.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
