In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring that all guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of banquet events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
  • Manage event logistics, including seating arrangements and equipment setup.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of event materials.
  • Assist in the preparation and service of food and beverages during events.
  • Maintain a clean and organized event space.
  • Assist in the cleanup and post-event evaluation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or event planning is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with basic event planning software is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
